Graceland’s Lofted Barn Garages are designed with standard features like sturdy flooring, a patented soffit ventilation system, roll-up garage doors, reinforced 9-lite or solid metal doors, screen ridge vents, and treated runners to ensure high performance. The floors in the garages are each 5/8” tongue and groove plywood floors built on a 12 inch centers running from side to side on a tounge and groove floor.
